GeneSys has a large range of Personality, Values, Interests and Ability Measures. We use some of these in online formats for our development programs as they give us some insight to the 'why' we do things rather than just the 'how'. These assessments are particularly useful in the development of managers and supervisors, but can also be used in broader workforce planning and company wide learning prgrams. Tools such as the JTI Personality Profile, and the LSI, Learning Style Inventory, are used within our management and accredited programs as a foundation of learning about ourselves.
