We still dont get it! Technology and Social media are meant to be instant and immediate, feeding into the gen Z way of life barreling towards us at break neck speed if we like it or not. So my new years resolution is to be quick and be off. Happy new Year!

Thank God i dont have to go to that place anymore!

Thank God i dont have to go to that place anymore!
Ever said that about a place you worked at. I know I have over the years. But what is interesting is that I never told management how much I hated working there and even worse, they never asked. Much can be learnt from the opinions of employees AFTER they leave the building, but when done in-house, you rarely, if ever get an accurate responce. This is an area where you really should use a consultant. At Parting Company, we have a range of programs that will gather your information and work with you to improve or understand an employees responces. Dont leave it another year, talk to us today about 2014
